Appointment Cancellation Policy:

We understand that circumstances can change, and sometimes it may be necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

To ensure a smooth process, please take note of our cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Notice:
   • We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.
2. Cancellation Fees:
   • If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, there will be no cancellation fee.
   • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the reading’s cost.
3. No-Show Policy:
   • Failure to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a full charge for the missed reading.
4. Rescheduling:
   • If you need to reschedule your appointment and provide at least 24 hours’ notice, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Retreat Booking & Cancellation Policy

Each retreat is thoughtfully created and secured in advance — including venue, catering, facilitators, and experiences — which means your booking plays an essential role in bringing it all together.

Booking Commitment

All retreat bookings are final and non-refundable.

By securing your place, you are committing to the experience, and your payment allows us to confirm all elements of the retreat.

Transfers

If you’re unable to attend, your ticket can be transferred to another person.

You’re welcome to arrange this yourself, or we can support you in offering the space to our community.

Resale & Refunds

If we are able to successfully resell your place, we will issue a refund (minus any applicable processing fees).

• Refunds are only issued once the space has been rebooked and confirmed
