    • We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.
  2. Cancellation Fees:
    • If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, there will be no cancellation fee.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the reading’s cost.
  3. No-Show Policy:
    • Failure to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a full charge for the missed reading.
  4. Rescheduling:
    • If you need to reschedule your appointment and provide at least 24 hours’ notice, we will make every effort to accommodate your request at no additional cost.
